The Guildhall Tent is the ultimate barracks or tavern for your Drachenfest US experience. With space to comfortably house between 5-8 players, or to hold all the gear or party space you could need, the Guildhalll Tent is a perfect expression of your group's presence at this years Drachenfest. Make sure to let us know where you would like us to set things up.
This is a canvas tent rental, meaning that you will be exposed to the elements and the realities of camping. Please expect items and personages to potentially get wet or impacted by nature over the course of the event, and we recommend you use your best judgement with this in mind when deciding where to stay for your Drachenfest US experience. PlaySmith will be on site in the Bazaar to assist with any concerns or issues related to your lent equipment throughout the event.

PlaySmith LTD rental agreement
This agreement is between the lender, and the lendee, hereafter referred to as PlaySmith and Customer respectively, and is in regards to the lending of tents for the duration of a Drachenfest US event.
- PlaySmith is not responsible for damages sustained or injury sustained during use of the equipment to property or persons
- The customer is responsible for damages caused to lent equipment while the equipment is lent to them.
- Damage to equipment will be paid in full within one week of when the damage was sustained
- The customer is to have their personal items and personage separate from the lent equipment by 10 am on the final day of the Drachenfest event to allow for breakdown time
- If any pieces of equipment are not found during the breakdown process, or are damaged, the customer is responsible for the replacement of said equipment
- The customer agrees to further correspondence regarding the lending of equipment within reasonable boundaries and time
- Playsmith is not responsible for difficulty or inability to utilize lent items or damage due to acts of god such as weather or camping related hazards. These are period accurate canvas tents, there is a high chance items and personages will get wet or affected by the elements throughout the event. Playsmith does not offer refunds for difficulty utilizing lent equipment on the part of the customer.
